Life happens, sick kids, travel for work, etc can cause unexpected conflict with your hair appointment! We get it, but we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment spot. If you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t call to cancel you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service amount.
